INFORMATION NEWSLETTER ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 13 D. LGS. 30.06.2003, N. 196
Under Article. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 Hotel Pensione Monti as data controller, informs those concerned as to what are the aims and methods of processing of personal data collected, their scope of communication and dissemination, as well as the nature of their contribution .
FINALITY
The identifying information and personal data collected from interested parties, to be processed, are used directly to fulfill the request for sending the newsletter and its membership in the mailing list, messages and information concerning commercial and promotional communications regarding the activities carried out by 'Hotel, in full respect of the principles of lawfulness, fairness and the law.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
The data processing is carried out through paper, computer and telematic at the hands of the employees covered. The data are stored in electronic archives and, residually, paper with full insurance of the minimum security measures provided by the legislature.
STORAGE TIMES
The data is kept up to the request of any opposition to the sending and to the will of those to renounce receipt of the newsletter through the means made available for this purpose from time to time.
CONSENT
Under Article. 23 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 consent to the processing of these data is necessary.
